Two celebrated Vancouver-based eateries are making their Tri-Cities debut this year with the launch of TriCity Pavilion, a 12,000-square-foot community and culinary space opening later this spring at 2968 Christmas Way.
Developed by Marcon Developments and QuadReal Property Group, TriCity Pavilion will be anchored by Nemesis Coffee and Gigi’s by Ask for Luigi. It forms part of the larger TriCity Central project, a major development including nine residential towers, a 150-room hotel, commercial spaces, and a conference centre.
Nemesis Coffee, known for its emphasis on specialty brews and creative in-house baking, will open its first Tri-Cities location within the Pavilion. The new café will feature a 2,300-square-foot space with seating for approximately 50 guests and will offer its signature coffee program, pastries produced fresh in an on-site pastry kitchen, and a curated cocktail menu. This expansion follows Nemesis’ recent collaboration with Marcon for a Surrey location.
Joining them is Gigi’s by Ask for Luigi, a new concept from Vancouver’s Kitchen Table Restaurants, the group behind the MICHELIN-recommended Ask for Luigi. Gigi’s offers guests a casual Italian dining experience centred on house-made pastas, pizzas, and a carefully selected wine and cocktail list.
The Pavilion is a collaboration between Marcon’s Design Studio and celebrated landscape architect Paul Sangha, marking his first project extending his design principles into architectural form. The aim is to create a vibrant space that integrates hospitality with community engagement. A TriCity Central Sales Gallery will also be housed within the Pavilion, providing information on the project’s upcoming residential and commercial phases.
TriCity Pavilion is expected to open in the spring of 2025.
